Gents and Ladies,

on a very very sad note I have received a message from the wife of one of our members, MrGJM, proud member of BF regiment. The message says:

"Hi.

My name is Anna and I am Gabi's wife. I'm afraid I have some bad news for you. Gabi died on 27th December very suddenly. He had flu and it damaged his heart. I just thought you and the rest of the clan should know, so please pass on the message.

Gabi really enjoyed gaming with all of you and I know he would have wanted to thank you for the time you spent together.

Best wishes to you,

Anna"

I would like everyone of BF Reg. and C2A to take a moment of silence and include his family in your prayers. This is a very sad day as we've lost a dear friend and an excellent member who was always willing to help and support - I don't know what else to say as I'm absolutely shocked. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shocking.gif)

Thank you

I'm in shock, not only was he so young, but had a young daughter also. My commiserations go to his family and close friends.

Mr GJM was without doubt one of the most pleasant, helpful and well mannered guys I have ever spoken with online. This news puts many things in perspective and I know everyone in C2A wishes only the best for his family during an almost impossible time.

MrGJM, never forgotten.

I'm sorry to say that I never had the pleasure of gaming with Mr. GJM. But, from the posts by those that did, he must have been a great person to be around. For myself and those in the WiC Regiment, our prayers and thoughts go out to his family in their time of loss and sorrow. May God watch over them and guide them through this rough time.

Although I never knew Mr. GJM, my thoughts go out to his family and friends.
Rest In Peace and Good Night Mr. GJM xx

Sierra: Maybe we could pass our messages back onto his family, just as a little something from us? Just an idea.

I did not know him, but I wish his family hope in this difficult time.

I suppose that it's better to know they're dead than to think that they just left the internet.
This is truly a sad day *salute*

not to mention all of my thoughts I have on this... Gabi was a good friend, a well known for the BF Regiment. I remember talking to him about his family and how he feels about being with us. As we do not meet everyone at C2A in person I do not expect you to feel like I do, the BF Regiment is more like just a bunch of gaming friends. I ask everyone in C2A to take a moment of silence for him and his family this sunday 7pm GMT on TS.

What shocking news that is. Though I never met MrGJM, I would like to express my condolences to his family. I hope they will find a way through these dark times.

When I hear about somebody dying so young, I am reminded once more what a great gift an everyday life is.
