This is a list of all staff positions in Call To Arms. If you have any further questions ask your Commanding Officer
Regiment Commander (RC):The main duty of the RC is to develop the growth of the regiment within C2A. They have the final say on all Regimental matters and the selection of members to fill positions in their command staff. Provision of a gaming server will ultimately lie with the RC and payment for the server lies within the regiment. Medals and Awards will be their decision along with any promotions.
The current RC's:
Regiment Officer (RO): The main role of the RO is to assist the RC in carrying out his duties when requested. The Ro will be expected to perform the RC duty in times of absence. The RO is also the main link of communication between the RC and the Company CO's.
The current RO's:
Commanding Officers (CO): The main role of the CO is to ensure the smooth running of the company he is commanding. They are to ensure that weekly trainings are run properly and basically take care of Company matters or pass them up to the RC/RO if required.
The current CO's:
Executive Officer (XO): The main role of the XO is to assist the CO in the day to day running of the Company. They will also be expected to carry out the duties of CO during any period of absence.

Battlefield Commander (BFC): The main role of the BFC is their responsibility to lead the members of their Regiment on the battlefield. They are responsible for Tactics and also the training of Squad Leaders under their command. It will also be their responsibility to debrief the CO after matches.

Operations Officer (OPS): The Operations Officer (OPS) is responsibile for maintaining their regiments servers and ensuring all maps and patches are up to date
The current OPS's:
Regimental Drill Instructor (RDI): The RDI will be selected by the RC/RO. The RDI will be responsible for the training and selection of Drill instructors within their Regiment. They will also carry out continuation training of all DI's during their tour of duty to ensure the task of processing a REC to full member status is being carried out properly.
The current RDI's:
Drill Instructor (DI): DI's are selected by the RDI. The role of a DI is to process new recruits through their first few weeks in C2A, ensuring the recruit is ready to receive full member status,
The current DI's:
Squad Leader (SL): SL's are selected by the BFC. The role of SL is to lead a squad on the battlefield. They are to be the link between BFC and the Squad so that the BFC's tactics can be implemented fully and lead to success on the battlefield
